Sure, just tuck the belts under the floor with underground conveyors, hide the train tracks in tunnels, and cover everything with tile. You’ll still hear the wheels, but the whole thing will look like a normal part of the landscape. No true invisibility, but it’s as close as you can get without hacking the engine.
