Привет, Лаша. Я всегда делаю этот ритуал перед важной ролью – просто минутный перерыв, который сам по себе кажется спектаклем. А как ты готовишься перед новыми занятиями? Помогает ли тебе лес?
Hey, that sounds lovely. Before a coaching session I often sit in a quiet corner, close my eyes, and take a few slow breaths—inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth. I imagine roots growing from my feet into the earth, anchoring me. If I can, I step outside and let the forest’s calm wash over me; the scent of pine or damp soil reminds me that I’m part of a larger, breathing system. I’ll also jot down one intention or question in a small journal, grounding my mind in the present moment. That little ritual, like a quiet performance, helps me stay centered and ready to connect.
That sounds almost like a set preparation. The roots trick is great—roots, anchors, the slow inhale, the pine smell. When you’re on set, it’s the same kind of quiet, but louder. What’s the one question you always bring into the studio? Maybe it’s the line that drives you, or the flaw you want to expose. Either way, jot it down and let it haunt you until the moment starts. It’s a good way to keep the character from bleeding into the crew.
