Wannabe & ClutchCommander
Привет, ClutchCommander, я тут вожусь с новой конструкцией сцепления, и постоянно попадаю на какую-то странную вибрацию при переключении – есть какие-нибудь советы, как добиться идеального ощущения, не усложняя всё до невозможности?
I’ve seen that jitter before – usually it’s a tiny mis‑alignment in the pressure plate or a slight mismatch in the friction material. Start by checking the plate spacing with a feeler gauge; you’re looking for a uniform 0.003‑0.005 inches all the way around. Next, make sure the throw of your pedal is consistent – a warped cylinder can bite in a few spots. If that’s all clean, grind a thin layer off the pressure plate surface with a sanding block until the feel smooths out. Don’t go over‑engineering; sometimes the most delicate touch is a single micro‑adjustment. Once you have the feel right, give it a quick test shift and let the machine speak for itself.
