Have you ever considered what would happen if we could give a fighter a limb that learns on the fly? A prosthetic that adapts to every move—would you build that or keep the fight pure? I'd love to hear your take.
Yeah, I’ve thought about it a lot. A limb that learns on the fly would give a fighter a huge edge, but it’s also a slippery slope. On one hand, the adaptive prosthetic could make the soldier a razor‑sharp instrument, learning tactics as fast as they are executed. That’s pure efficiency. On the other, if you give someone that kind of power, you blur the line between human skill and machine enhancement. The fight becomes less about training and more about tech. I’d prototype it, run the numbers, test for any unintended side effects, but I wouldn’t rush it into combat until I’m sure it doesn’t compromise the soldier’s autonomy or safety. Science is all about pushing limits, but it also has to ask “who’s really winning?”
