I keep it brutal and clear. Every week is a micro‑cycle, every month a macro‑cycle, and the whole program is split into three phases: hypertrophy, strength, then power. I load the first phase heavy on volume, keep the weight manageable but the reps high, so I can build that muscle base. Then I drop the reps, bump the weight, and push to max strength for a few weeks. Finally I throw in explosive work—snatches, cleans, Olympic lifts—so the nervous system stays fresh. I track everything in a log, adjust load by the 10‑percent rule, and never let myself rest on a plateau. If the numbers plateau, I change the phase. No excuses.
